Direct where it should be
A model should not stand between
you and the Start menu.
The direct-command work makes supported everyday actions independent of Ollama. It is built to handle the straightforward work without a generative model for every step.
REVIEWED ACTIONS
Know what is about to happen.
Keep the requested action and approval boundary explicit. A model’s words do not grant permission to control the desktop.
CONTINUITY
Stop. Keep the plan.
Preserve task context for a deliberate restart. Stop cannot undo completed actions, and restarting must not silently restore old approvals.
LOCAL-FIRST IS NOT OFFLINE EVERYTHING
Be clear about what
leaves the machine.
The direct command path avoids a required hosted AI service. Opening Google, browsing a website or invoking an online service still makes requests to that service.
Accessibility is the work
Useful control needs real-world proof.
Voiceroom is being developed with voice access in mind. Engineering tests are not a substitute for testing with the people who depend on it.

Physical microphones, accents, background noise, permission changes and unplug/reconnect behavior still need real-world qualification.

Assistive-technology testing, scaling, high contrast and long-session usability remain part of the path to broad release.
HONEST LIMITS
No finished wake-word promise.
Wake-word and reliable hands-free interruption are not advertised as finished features. Initial speech support is English-focused.
