Project Northstar
The flagship cognitive platform.
Northstar is being built as a governed multi-model cognitive platform, executive system, and accountable coordination layer for complex work.
Its job is to decompose goals, route work among specialist reasoning regions, coordinate local and cloud models, manage memory and continuity, enforce policy and budgets, preserve provenance, arbitrate disagreement, and keep the operator able to inspect the path to the final result.
Current public status: active development. Northstar is not yet represented as generally available or production-complete.

The visual identity uses a central executive star, specialist nodes, circuitry, aurora, and the connected horizon to represent governed distributed cognition.
What active development means
Build the control contracts before making the grand claims.
The current direction prioritizes the parts that make multi-model cognition governable: explicit routes, durable memory boundaries, authority, provenance, policy, budget control, conflict handling, evaluation, and operator-visible decisions.
